2026 is the year I decided to make a change and focus my energy on the sector of hospitality I love: independents.

Independent hospitality is so much more than a place to sleep or a bite to eat. Indies are interesting, personable, honest, and most importantly they serve the people and communities they work for.

My aim is simple. Take everything I’ve learnt in twenty years of hospitality and give that knowledge to the indies. Give them the advantage and help them thrive.
